Vincent is not your usual maitre d’ – that quiff sets him apart before you even get to the colourful wardrobe lively personality! He is a lover of fine wine, great food, music, art, all things beautiful and he insists on only the very best service.
Head Chef, Michael ‘Mikey’ Collins, worked with Gordon Ramsay for three years; he has a passion for food and thrives in a busy kitchen. He loves working with wholesome, simple ingredients and says he lives for his Welsh rugby – and of course his wife Millie!
Aurore combines her Parisian sense of style with hard work and efficiency to take good care of our diners. Only recently arrived from Paris, Aurore says she is crazy about London and the British and loves chatting to customers.
Lewis is creative, diligent & totally immersed in the world of food. Lewis worked her way up in the Gordon Ramsey chain working at such prestigious restaurants as Claridges, Restaurant Gordon Ramsey and The Savoy Grill.
Arnaud’s role is central to our diners’ delight – as Head Patissier he is in charge of your desserts and this romantic Frenchman knows that the route to anyone’s heart is through their sweet tooth!
